I chose a path in graphic design because it combines the practices of visual art and communication. The world of marketing offers a way to thread my love of writing and art together into a directly impactful and often tactile medium.

After interning at the International Festival of Arts & Ideas, I launched my professional design career at a marketing agency for small businesses. Since then, I’ve had the pleasure of taking on bigger and bigger projects at AdvanceCT, the economic development organization and marketing arm for Connecticut.

I have enjoyed opportunities to further my learning through CreativePro Week, LinkedIn Learning and Designlab and continuing to pursue conferences and courses that teach efficient Adobe workflows and AI integration and image generation.

I work with people who care about what they do and what they put into the world. My goal is to help connect people to people, to places, to services, to products that will bring a little more meaning to their lives.
